Troubleshooting "SFM Event Manager Queue Service" in Oracle Apps R12

If user runs the 'SFM Event Manager Queue Service' concurrent program from the SFM System Administrator (Responsibility) > Concurrent > Run Request,  the messages are processed normally to Install Base







Also, you can try below steps:

  • Go to responsibility: SFM System Administrator
  • Go to Concurrent > Administer Manager



  • Query for "SFM Event Manager Queue Service"


  • Press Deactivate button

  • After this SFM Event Manager Queue Service will be deactivated (Actual = 0, Target = 0), press on Activate button

  • Wait until Actual = 1, Target = 1, which indicates that SFM has been properly started
