SOLVED - Examine not working - Function not available to this responsibility

 

Sometimes, when you try to examine the form field in Oracle Apps by clicking Help>Diagnostics>Examine, You get the above error "Function not available to this responsibility"

To resolve this error you need to set the System Profile Option "Utilities:Diagnostics" Value as Yes. 

Go to System Administrator responsibility and click Profile>System 

In the User field enter the username for which you want to set this option and in the Profile field, you can enter %Utilities% and click Find Button. Then set the option value to Yes and Save it.
