How to customize Workflow Notification Template in Oracle Fusion (Invoice Account Coding Example)?

In Oracle Fusion there are two types of workflow notifications that are automatically sent, as part of certain business flows for review or approval. For example, when a user submits an expense report, the approvers receive an email containing the approval request.

  • Email Notification- that a user gets over an email.
  • In-App Notification- that a user gets by:
    • Clicking the Notifications icon in the global header and opening a notification

    • Clicking the In-App Notification link at the end of an email notification
